Fresh Royal Jelly has been obtainable from Reformhaus in
Gallo Manor. It needs to be kept in the fridge. As far as I am
aware it is still obtainable from there. 19/10/.2009.

You can buy vials of Royal Jelly with Ginseng, however,
Ginseng raises the Blood Pressure so if you have that
problem then dont take the R.J. with Ginseng.

Royal Jelly is not a very stable liquid. It goes bad. Mixed with honey it lasts for about a year.

The best way to get a pure royal jelly is to go to your local beekeeper and get the fresh product. How you tell - You simply have to trust. Unfortunately there is no real supervision on any of the know royal jelly markets. :/

Hi, I have some questions,
Please excuse the ignorance of the first question but what is the difference between Royal Jelly and Propolis? and how do they work differently?
Also there appears to be a jungle of products out there, can you recommend any specific brand of tablets?
I have noticed a product that mixes royal jelly with gingseng, is that recommendable? I have no idea as to what properties gingseng may have with or without royal jelly, my only experience is that of one tablet a day for a month of royal jelly. (I have noticed a remarkable change in mood, spirit, fatigue, hair and skin condition.)
