Not all supplements are natural, in fact most are synthetic versions of what they are trying to replace from the diet. True natural supplement are usually out of most peoples budget and the quantity that you get for what you pay usually makes most people not want them. (Usually people will pay for quantity before they pay for quality which is mistake numero uno!) What must be recognized here is that with pure natural supplements you actually need only what the dose says or just half and you will get superior results equal too but in most cases better than ten times the dose from synthetic versions. This is because your body needs to filter almost anything ingested first through the liver, with exceptions to free form pharmaceutical amino acids in powder form, and other subligually taken supplements. If the body recognizes the supplement as pure which if you think the body does not then do some of your own experiments and you will "feel" what I am talking about here.

A good example is Free Form Aminos vs Whey Protein. Free form aminos by the way if you know where to buy the pharmaceutical, kosher, passed all the Food and Drug admin regulations, then they are much cheaper then whey protein powders and are superior in ways that you must first feel the difference to know and in my experience even comment on. Also if you have purchased low quality filler kind of amino powders please note that you did not get a pure supplement so your experience is not even an accurate result because what you got was basically a placebo intended to represent the real deal and infact what you did get was a waste of your time and money which are both extemely un-productive for your goals in and out of the gym as well as your health for taking garbage. Pure Pharmceutical Aminos when taken in the proper ratio because again the more is better idea is ass backwards with any pure supplement and no matter whether you buy direct from the manufacture like I suggest overdosing will simply cost you money and too much of even a good thing is actually going to upset a delicate balance in your body which I suggest getting some really good clarity on before diving in thinking you know what to do because the facts are that you know alot less than you think and you think more than you know. Aminos are to golden egg to anyone's bodybuilding goals and if used correctly will give you up to 75% of anabolic drug effects but if used incorrectly they can kill you or leave you "PERMINENTLY" DAMAGED for the rest of you life. Proper ratio and dosage is critical to your health and well being. For any serious trainie that want to get more info from me regarding useful supplement and where they can buy them at a price that is worth your dollar from penny one I can be reached at xaviertransportsystems2007@yahoo.ca

I am cerified in athletic performance conditioning, sports nutrition and effective supplements for the competitive edge. I have 15 years of experience in bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic lifting, and cross training methods. Best to all in their efforts for health, vitality, longevity, and well-being!

I'm amazed at the response given to the question concerning the body builder, I would like to know what this person considers a "normal sport"
