Honey
The most common way of using Royal Jelly is putting it on a teespoon with bee honey. That’s why most of Roya Jelly products are actually a mix of royal jelly and honey and sometimes even propolis or pollen. In many cases various not so healthy stabilizators are added to keep the jelly unspoilled for years.
There’s a bunch of information on the market and I’m planning on writing some serious royal jelly with honey product reviews. For now. Don’t buy the cheapest one. Half of the producers just mix it with sugger and extracts, which IS NOT HONEY, IS IT!? I actually recomend you get your fresh jelly directly from the local beekeeper. Also buy some honey and then mix the royal jelly elixir yourself, whenever you need it.
Mixed with honey you can keep fresh jelly really fresh for several months. Just keep it in a dark place at a low temperature.
The best time of taking it is early morning, just before you eat your breakfast.
