Fresh Jelly
Beside the usual form of tablets, capsules and powder, you can also get Royal Jelly in it’s “original” form. Fresh Royal jelly can only be bought by a beekeeper who is collecting it directly from the bee cells.
The best way to get fresh jelly is directly from the local maker, buy some honey for mixing it with the jelly.
When you get bee jelly from the beekeeper, you have to keep it in the fridge. At -2 to -5°C, saved from the direct sunlight royal jelly can be used for up to 6 months. Mixed with honey, fresh jelly will last much much longer.
