Not fair for RJ

In his article Richard argues about why Royal Jelly is in the same group with Tartrazine and Aspatame. It’s a serious accusation since trans fats are a cause of as many as 150,000 deaths a year in US only!

The fact is royal jelly might produce allergies, but only one person have supossedly died of royal jelly sometime during the 1990s. And even this dead guy was oversized. It’s strange - Only one person dies in a history of human being and that was enough to get RJ categorised in the category of food substances that have killed millions of dead people.

Not fair at all!

I am the mother of Julie,a beautiful 23 yerar old girl that died 11 years ago after taking royal jelly. She left a little baby to grow up with out his mum.
    Julie was not overweight.
Julie is not the only young person in Australia to die from royal jelly.
I hope this is a warning to other people that this stuff can KILL

I think it’s bogus to assume that the royal jelly killed your daughter. Honestly, if she was taking prescription meds, that’s probably what did it, as they are far more lethal and taken way more, by a vastly larger number of people. Or, she may have been insanely allergic to bee products in general (which some people are).

I’ve been taking Bee Jelly twice a day (on an empty stomach like the directions say), and (in addition to avoiding wheat products) it has cleared up my acne plus a sore throat I had had prior to starting the jelly (I haven’t been sick since starting it).

There are thousands of deaths on record from common foods, including peanuts, shrimp and lobster, cashews, etc. I believe that bee products like royal jelly fall into this category - generally a good thing, with relatively rare reactions in some people.

Yes. A person can be allergic and die from allergic reaction - suffocation or some internal organs problems …

I don’t know how is it in the states .. Bees are the animals who kill the most people in Europe. Allergies and bee attacks are very very common. And yet we are more afraid of the bears.
