Now!

According to 43things.com the most wanted personal goals are “loose weight”, “be happy”, “fall in love” and “stop procrastinating”.

I think the fourth is by far most important. Do something now and everything else will fall in place. This is the key to your happiness so make sure you fall and stay in love, be happy and loose weight. Bee products cannot help you if you are just watching them.

Start feeling responsible for your health and your happiness today. From now on replace sugar with honey, start your day with running and for god’s sake start eating royal jelly now. It will bring you enough energy to achieve all your other goals.
