Royal Jelly seems to be getting more and more popular food supplement. Last year sales in the US market increased for as much as 22.1 %.

The special combo of minerals, proteins, acids and vitamins … and also many un/confirmed myths about this bee product seem to be quite interesting for consumers all over the globe.

Some researched facts are quite obvious:

  • People eating royal jelly every day had decrease their serum lipids for 11 % and cholesterol for up to 26 %.

Although I have not yet tried Royal Jelly, I am VERY intriqued by this article on R. Jelly, so I am going to the health store today and buy a bottle of R. J. and give this a try as my cholestrol in naturally high from genetics.

If I have taken a multivitamin and Omega-3 supplement everyday, is it okay to take one capsule of royal jelly per day as additional supplement? Do you think it will be too much for me?
